As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of club operations, from scheduling and booking to member engagement and event coordination. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the Padel club
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of coaches, instructors, and staff
- Manage member bookings, court reservations, and club events
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members
- Ensure compliance with club policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor club performance and implement improvements as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders
- Represent the club at local events and community gatherings
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sports club management, preferably in Padel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of local sports regulations and industry best practices
- Passion for Padel and a commitment to providing exceptional member experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
