📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and maintenance of our software applications using tools like Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Provide technical support to our employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, and troubleshooting documents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
