📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and tracking progress.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referring parties.,Providing feedback to candidates and offering guidance on their career development.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market and recruitment trends.
