The ideal candidate will have a strong background in park management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for wildlife conservation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the park's operations and visitor experience.,Manage a team of park staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and maintain park facilities, including animal enclosures and visitor amenities.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain visitors.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the park's overall success and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as wildlife management, park management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in park operations or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of successful park management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of wildlife biology, conservation, and animal care.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
