Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage the company's financial risks.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
