🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
