JUNCTION Sentosa is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure all tasks are completed on time,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Organize and manage inventory and supplies,Plan and execute training sessions for new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,Experience in a similar industry is a plus,Proficient in using office software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred,Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
