In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel as required.
