📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.,Manage inventory and procurement activities to optimize stock levels.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
