📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing departmental operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee day-to-day activities of department staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Department Head and senior management.,Handle departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.,Address employee concerns and issues, providing guidance and support as needed.,Participate in departmental projects and initiatives, contributing to their success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
