Process patient payments accurately and efficiently,Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods,Assist in reconciling daily financial reports,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Manage the clinic's cash flow and inventory,Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of financial software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local customs,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
