📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm and friendly reception.,Answer and direct inquiries about our services and facilities.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to assist guests with their needs.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Attractive and professional appearance.
