📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.,Monitor and analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Provide support to the Operations Manager in managing the team and resources.,Participate in training and development programs for operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
