As a Field Collections Agent, you will be the face of Home Credit, visiting customers in their homes and offices to collect overdue payments. Your daily tasks will include scheduling visits, following up on payments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers in their homes and offices to collect overdue payments.
• Schedule and manage collection visits using our proprietary software.
• Follow up on payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.
• Provide regular updates to your manager on your collection activities and any issues that may require further attention.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with our proprietary software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
