📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and contact potential clients to promote our HMO services.
- Understand client healthcare needs and present suitable HMO plans.
- Provide exceptional customer care, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and HMO plan details.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and HMO solutions to provide the best advice to clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with HMO and healthcare industry terminology.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations as required.
