📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of store crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store crew members to improve their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Participate in inventory counts and other store audits as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and colleagues.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
