📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and food safety regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
