In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.,Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential and existing clients.,Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client shipments.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently is a plus.
