📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and related documents accurately and promptly.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Manage inventory levels and reorder points to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.
