📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the team,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Provide leadership and guidance to team members,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and evaluate team performance,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role,Strong knowledge of insurance industry and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
