📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage multiple retail outlets, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to optimize sales and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Train and mentor outlet managers to build a strong, high-performing team.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the Modern Retail & Consumer Products sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
