In this role, you'll work closely with our healthcare professionals, administrators, and support staff to address their HR needs, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of healthcare professionals, ensuring we find the best talent for our team.
• Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to help employees grow and develop.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support our team's success.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
