📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection of overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support the company's financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of tax filings and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or a related finance role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
