📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deploy and configure IoT modules and antennas in client environments.
• Provide technical training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of IoT solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IoT solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of IoT networks, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest IoT technologies and industry trends.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for client projects.
• Participate in product development and testing, contributing to the continuous improvement of IoT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IoT technologies, preferably in a field engineering or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of cellular IoT modules and antennas, including Quectel products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with IoT platforms and protocols, such as MQTT, CoAP, and LoRaWAN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in IoT technologies, such as Cisco IoT, AWS IoT, or Azure IoT, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for field work.
