As a Behavioral Therapist at Teamworks ABA Therapy Inc, you will be responsible for implementing ABA-based interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families to support the child's progress. You'll work in a dynamic team environment, utilizing tools like ProAba and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to track and measure progress. - Implementing ABA-based interventions and treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with families to support the child's development and provide ongoing guidance
- Utilizing tools like ProAba and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to track and measure progress
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each child's progress and interventions

- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or school setting
- Strong understanding of developmental milestones and the unique needs of children with autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in using ABA software tools like ProAba and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
