📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of nickel projects, from exploration to production.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and international partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in nickel projects, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the nickel supply chain, including exploration, mining, processing, and marketing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
