📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage legal documentation and compliance processes.
• Conduct due diligence on contracts and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to address legal and licensing matters.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
