📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor financial controls and internal policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
