📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of MEP engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in hospitality facilities.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Certifications in LEED, BREEAM, or other relevant sustainability standards.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
