๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct health screenings and assessments for community members
- Administer vaccines and other essential medical treatments
- Educate the community on preventive healthcare measures and health promotion programs
- Monitor and report on the progress of government-funded health initiatives
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of medical services
- Participate in health workshops and community outreach programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Promote healthy lifestyles and behaviors within the community
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health nursing or similar field
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
- Knowledge of government health programs and policies
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
