We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that align with industry best practices and organizational goals. Your daily tasks will include creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip learners with essential skills and knowledge.
• Create lesson plans and training materials that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
• Utilize training management systems (TMS) to track learner progress and manage training schedules.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a related field, with a strong background in training and development.
• Certification in instructional design or training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Proficiency in using training management systems (TMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
