As a Field Translator, you will be the voice of clarity and efficiency in complex industrial environments. Your daily tasks will involve translating documents, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring smooth operations across various manufacturing and logistics processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, contracts, and communication materials between Indonesian and English.
• Facilitate communication between local and international teams in manufacturing and logistics.
• Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
• Support project managers and engineers in understanding and executing project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and report back to the team.
• Maintain accurate records of all translations and communications.
• Collaborate with other translators and language professionals to ensure consistency in terminology and style.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Indonesian Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as this is a contract position.
• Ability to travel to various sites in Batam and the surrounding areas.
